Jane Osborne is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with extensive experience in Douglas, Wyo., where she lived until returning to Utah. Jane was in private practice in Douglas and also an adjunct professor at Eastern Wyoming College where she taught general psychology.
From 2003 to 2011, she was prevention project administrator for the Converse County School District. From 1995 to 2003, she was a staff therapist at the Eastern Wyoming Mental Health Center.
Her undergraduate degree is from Westminster College in Salt Lake City and her master’s degree is from South Dakota State University. She is certified in EMDR Level II, Art Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
